DescriptionRectangular handkerchief printed in red on natural cotton using copper plate. Design includes a central scene of hawking within an oval frame, with human figures on foot and on horseback in foreground and rural scene in background. Central scene is surrounded by 15 varied birds in smaller circular and oval frames. Branches with bowknots wander between vignettes. Hemmed at top and bottom; selvages at sides.
