DescriptionBone china porcelain plate with a line of gilding on the edge of the rim. There is a central medallion denoted by a band of gilding. It is decorated with a long pointed shell painted in pale olive, white, light gold & red, surrounded by purple and pale green seaweed like material on a brown and tan ground. The rest of the plate is decorated with gilt vermiculi (curly lines).Markings"BARR FLIGHT & BARR/Royal Porcelain Works/WORCESTER/London-house/No 1 Coventry Street"; and "BFB" beneath a crown impressed
