DescriptionChild's two-piece dress of blue silk taffeta. Collarless neckline. Bodice and cap of sleeves trimmed with tied silk fringe and fringed self-fabric ruching and ruffles. Short puff sleeves ending in white lace. Skirt is trimmed with fringed fabric and has hooks for drawing up the skirt in bustle or "polonaise" effect. Skirt back has peplum and buttons at the waist.
