DescriptionLarge tankard or straight-sided mug of cylindrical body with molded strap handle. Trimmed inset footring. Decorated with high-temperature colors of a stylized garden or pastoral scene with a boy in an ochre jacket, yellow trousers, and blue hat fishing. He is perched on a bank of blue rocks, and has caught a yellow fish. To the right is a small rock under clouds. To the left is a small group of trees and rocks with a boat tucked behind. The scene painted under a complex border of green leaves, umber vines, and stylized blue and yellow berries. A thin brown band encircles the top of the mug and the foot. The handle is painted with three sets of graduated blue dashes.
