Agnes Sidney Bartlett. From a letter from Cousin Annie "The initials EEP must have been for Cousin Anna Potts mother - George Hendree's sister Elizabeth". From descendants of the Tinsley family of Totomoi Plantation now in Hanover County, Virginia.
