DescriptionWalnut corner cupboard with fine dentilated cornice with drilled holes above the teeth of the dentils. Pine slab shaped shelves in the interior. Glazed doors in the upper section with raised panels below. The cupboard is fluted between the lower doors. Is has orignal H shaped hinges and stands on ogee feet. The cupboard is in one piece.
ProvenanceDonor purchased cupboard from a dealer in Troutville, Botetourt County, Virginia, in the 1960s who obtained it from an unidentified house in Fincastle, Botetourt County, Virginia for which it had purportedly originally been made.
