DescriptionSoup ladle with a round bowl flowing into a curved handle with a downturned, slightly pointed end. A plain drop denotes the junction of the bowl and handle. The top of the handle is engraved with an "M" in sprigged script within a wriggled and bright-cut shield, with an undulating vine hanging down from it.MarkingsBack of handle struck with "I.SAYRE" in relief within a rectangle. Mark is slightly doubled.
