DescriptionTankardLabel TextThis tankard is a particularly handsome example both in its conformation and decoration. Its exotic thumbpiece and spontaneous relief-cast decoration on lower hinge plate and adjacent handle face are an effective complement to its well-conceived wriggled engraving.
