Whitish tin glaze decorated in blue; on the exterior, stylized flower and leaf sprays; on the interior, a smaller spray at the bottom.Label TextAt least seventeen of the more than thirty-five delft bowls excavated in Chesterfield, Virginia, have motifs related to the one seen here. Some are decorated with the same pattern and are remarkably similar to this bowl, suggesting that they may have been painted by the same hand. One of the most alike is inscribed on the bottom "One Bowl more."
