DescriptionRectangular foot warmer with flat top with molded edge, front edge of top attached to front side which sides in groove cut near front edge of each side; Straight sides with molded corners; front and back sides slightly recessed; sides and back nailed to flat base with molded edge on 4 sides; top pierced with 9 large holes and series of small holes forming 4 small diamonds; front and sides pierced with heart designs; back pierced with initials MF conjoined above 1816 also pierced in small holes; wrought iron handle hooks into eyes attached to either side of top; interior fitted with rectangular copper brazier with molded edges and small handle riveted to back.Markings"D FONDA" in block letters burned on underside of base; DF in block letters burned inside base. Initials (probably later, poorly cut) "MF" conjoined
