In the upper part of the print the cutting manually of the rancid rags is shown being done by small boys. They do this with a scythe-blade in bins. This is actually done before it goes into the stamping mill, shown on the bottom of 1966-219, 4. The bottom of this print shows another angle of the stamping mill.
