DescriptionFan back Windsor side chair; boldly shaped crest rail with overlarge ears, a central arched crest, and scalloping of the underside; 9 spindles in the back flanked by turned stiles with balusters over vase or urn, ring, and flattened ball shaped elements and tapered bases; shaped seat over four splayed and baluster, ring, and flattened ball turned legs with tapered feet connected by swollen side and opposing baluster with central ball medial stretchers.
