Pinhole marks in the upper left and lower right corners.Label TextThis tile is from a series that depicts birds in flight in various positions. Some of the tiles in the series were decorated in polychrome rather than in blue. Of all the birds painted on tiles, which came in all positions and sizes and with many different borders and corner designs, this is the simplest.
