DescriptionLow post bedstead; headposts with flattened ball finial over a ring supported by a cylindrical post with two squared sections with chamfered corners into which the headboard is tenoned above a squared section into which the rails are tenoned over cylindrical tapered legs with a wider turned ring over a narrow cylindrical foot; footposts similar to headposts but with only one squared section for the footboard tenon; headboard has a serpentine top edge and straight bottom edge with C shaped cut outs at each end where the headboard is tenoned into the posts; foot board is rectangular; bed rails are molded along top and bottom outside and top inside corners and have holes through the sides for rope.
