DescriptionDressing table: flat, rectangular top with molded edges on front and sides; straight sides; front composed of central, shallow, rectangular drawer flanked by pair of larger, almost square drawers, each with applied, molded edges; deeply scalloped skirt at front; supported by four almost straight, cabriole legs with carved pad on knees and terminating in pad feet on disc; each drawer with single shaped brass backplate and bail pull (original). Construction note: The drawer fronts are of solid mahogany; the top and sides are veneered on deal.Woods: Primary: mahogany and mahogany veneer; secondary: oak drawer framing; deal framing to table.
