DescriptionPetticoat of pink glazed tabby worsted, quilted to blue and yellow woolen backing with woolen batting. Design consists of 14" band around hem quilted in undulating flowers against diagonally quilted lines in background. Above the border design the skirt is quilted in diamonds. Waistband and top of skirt are replacement fabrics. Petticoat presently opens in back. Bound at hem with brownish worsted.Construction History:
1. 1750-1775: Initial Construction
2. February 17, 1954: Ernest LoNano repaired and restored. Mended and patched several holes, replaced the upper region and waistband with cotton and converted to back opening.
