DescriptionMan's suit consisting of coat and knee-length breeches made of solid beige ribbed textile woven with a silk warp and worsted or mohair weft.
#1, Coat cut with 3/4" standing collar, trimmed with ten 1-inch fabric-covered buttons, but no buttonholes. Pockets covered with shaped pocket flaps. Sleeves end in cuffs about 4 7/8" deep. Coat lined with dark gold twill silk. Sleeves lined with fine linen.
#2, Matching breeches have fall front and back vent adjustment. Waistband lined with off-white linen/cotton napped "fustian" and legs unlined. Breeches legs end in narrow cuffs with side buttoned openings at legs.
