DescriptionPlane of standard rectangular shape. The top and side edges have narrow flat chamfers that terminate with lamb’s tongue cuts on the toe, while the heel chamfer stops have deteriorated. Fitted with a sharpened iron and broken wedge, split in two and missing the finial. Working life alterations include an iron strike button set into the heel that has deteriorated and the pierced forestock.MarkingsI*NICHOLSON
