DescriptionSilver beaker: stepped trumpet foot with milled anthemia border supports a raised thistle or campana-form body with large lobes below a milled foliate midband and flared lip with milled anthemia border. Engraved in script above lobes "Westchester Agricultural Society" and, in a different hand, in block letters within a banner above the midband "REWARD OF MERIT/1822". Marked on base in relief: 1)"I W FORBES" in a rectangle (overstruck); 2) an anchor in an oval; 3) a five-pointed star/asterisk in a circle; 4) an unidentified symbol in an oval; and 5) a "C" in an oval.InscribedEngraved in script above lobes "Westchester Agricultural Society" and, in a different hand, in block letters within a banner above the midband "REWARD OF MERIT/1822"
