DescriptionPot with globular body tapering into cylindrical bottom section, small cylindrical foot ring, collar at shoulder and flange for cover, two loop handles with coil terminals, and double domed cover with knop finial. White tin glaze decorated on the body with trellis diaper in red and blue and mixed green and red flower sprays in reserves; blue geometric banding at collar base, blue dashes on handles. Decoration on cover differs slightly from that on jar; perhaps originally from another jar.Label TextA pot with the same shape and decoration but an inch taller is in the Warren Collection. A slightly smaller pot with different decoration, but the same color, is in the Bristol Museum. The domed cover has a double socket for a better fit.
