MarkingsEagle, standing to right spreading wings and looking over left shoulder with its head in a cloud of thirteen stars, under a banner inscribed FEDERAL , all in relief within a beaded oval border (Laughlin-540). Below Wm. WILL PHILADELPHIA in two lines, in relief within a shaped cartouche (Laughlin-537).
