DescriptionRectangular mattress tick made of heavy unbleached tow linen woven in plain or tabby weave. Made from pieces of linen woven 40 3/4" wide selvage to selvage, constructed with hand felled seams. One piece of linen is folded crosswise and the other is pieced up and folded lengthwise to create the bag. Thread count 27 warps X 23 wefts per inch.
