DescriptionSoft-paste porcelain teapot molded in relief with overlapping acanthus leaves, terminating in six feet. The molded handle resembles bamboo. The lid has molded decoration in relief of overlapping acanthus leaves, swirling clockwise. The knob consists of small flowers and leaves. No color has been applied.Label TextTeapots in the strawberry-leaf or acanthus pattern are recorded both in white and with polychrome decoration. Most of the polychrome designs consist of scattered flowers, while at least two teapots survive decorated in a Kakiemon-style design of bamboo with a tiger.
