DescriptionPetticoat of light blue satin lined with white glazed wool tabby and quilted with horizontal bands of pointed ogee curves, the hem quilted with ten-inch band of conventionalized tulips alternating with pomegranates within tassled swags. Quilted to replacement linen tape waistband. Running stitch quilting.
