DescriptionWriting table is rectangular with straight skirts molded along bottom edge; supported on four legs essentially square in section, chamfered on inside edge and molded on outside edge; rectangular top, molded on four sides, hinged at front and supported by ratcheted frame work in such a manner that it can be raised and set at various angles facing front or back of table; rectangular book rest fits into brass bound holes near front edge of top; front half of front legs pulls forward to reveal compartmented drawer consisting of six square compartments with small drawers beneath two front side compartments; center rear compartment divided by adjustable partition; green baize covered slide pulls over compartment; small rectangular instrument tray with three square and one rectangular compartment folds out from beneath right side; front fitted with single brass bail handled pull and oval brass escutcheon cover and plate.Woods: Primary: Mahogany Secondary: Oak-framing; Deal- bottom of slide
