DescriptionA lady wearing a white mantilla and a black mask, a flowered yellow dress and turquoise underskirt, with a watch and purse at waist, holding a fan in right hand and standing on a flowered plinth.

Gold anchor period.
Label TextA masked lady holds her elegant dress with one hand and a fan with the other. She appears to be wearing a stylish dress of the period rather than a costume. Her mask, though, confirms her as being part of this group. Reginald Blunt describes her costume as that of a "French princess."
