DescriptionCreamware "fruit basket" pattern punch pot and lid, the spherical body press-molded on either side with a wickerwork basket of assorted fruit and foliage picked out in manganese-brown, teal-blue, ochre and green and bisected by a teal-blue and manganese wicker-molded handle issuing from the side of the basket and rising to the rim, the spout and handle molded with fluting and scrolls, and the cover molded with scroll-edged basketwork encircling the flower head knop.ProvenanceFormerly owned by David Newbon, London, England
