DescriptionLarge dish with 2" marley, decorated in opaque enamels in Japanese style. The asymmetrical motif features two 'auspicious', crabs in the cavetto with peonies, bamboo, and small pine branches crossing the marley and cavetto on three sides. One crab is rendered in gilt and as are several bamboo leaves."H. Moog/ ATLANTA" gold on black oval label on base
Condition excellent- only kiln frit in well and on base. A few knife marks.
