MarkingsA crowned lion, walking left and holding a flag & staff over his shoulder, flanked by columns, with SKINNER in a rectangle below and IOHN on a banner above. All in relief against a matted ground. Also, four pseudo-hallmarks, all in relief against a matted ground within a shield (Jacobs- 249).
