DescriptionPlate or plaque: press-molded plaque of a silver plate shape with royal rim of five panels or segments and a plain beaded edge; with central raised decoration of an arm holding a goblet within a shield topped by a helmet crest festooned by an eagle, scrolling leaves encircling the shield, helmet, and bird.
