DescriptionMeasure: baluster type (double-volute thumb piece); flat circular cover with two incised circles on face; cover attached to handle with hinge; double-volute thumbpiece with fleur-de-lis extension in front soldered to cover; face of handle below joint of hinge molded parallel to joint; baluster-shaped body with galleried rim and plain flared base; S-scroll strap handle of narrow D-shaped section with bud terminal soldered to rim and with lozenge-shaped attachment to lower section of body. "CFC" in block letters on face of rim to right of handle.Inscribed"CFC" in block letters on face of rim to right of handle.
MarkingsTouch mark "WF" within a rectangle on face of body below rim to right of handle (Peal MPM 1636). Verification mark "WR" with a royal crown above on upper face of cover in center.
