DescriptionBaluster-type measure; flat circular cover with incised circles on face near edge and in center; cover hinged to handle with double-volute thumbpiece extending vertically from upper hinge plate of fleur-de-lis form soldered to cover; baluster-shaped body with galleried rim and plain flared edge at base; S-scroll handle of narrow D-shaped section with bud terminal attached at rim and with lozenge to lower section of body.
