DescriptionSmall boy's knee breeches of coarse off-white tabby linen. Wide waistband fastening with two one inch covered buttons at center front. Fall front with two buttons (missing) and pieced plackets across top and sides, ending in blunt points at juncture with breeches leg. Knee length, with 5/8" knee bands and 2 large buttoned plackets (buttons missing) back full, gathered to waistband, with center-back adjustment gusset with two pairs of eyelets.ProvenancePurchased from an estate in New Hampshire or Maine.
