DescriptionMan's suit coat of pale green silk, self patterned with warp floats forming a narrow stripe. Coat has narrow 1" standing collar. Coat fastens down front with 11 covered buttons (10 buttonholes cut open). Wide pocket flaps cover functional pockets, trimmed with two buttons partly hidden beneath each flap, with one button missing from each pocket. Sleeves are shaped to curve over elbows, ending in 4 3/4" cuffs. Skirts flare at sides with deep pleats‚ held by fabric brides and topped with a button. Center back vent to hip level. Skirt and body lining of cream silk tabby; sleeve and back lining of brown linen tabby.
