DescriptionLinen Valencienne bobbin border lace of fond d'Armure ground with one straight edge and the other scalloped. Large pattern of scrolled leaves alternating with large peony like flower at the top of the pattern. Fond d'Armure groundwork is a dense ground netting said to resemble the pattern of chainmail.
