DescriptionWoman's cap constructed from white cotton embroidered with white linen in a floral design against a square mesh drawn-work ground. Stitches include buttonhole and chain.Trimming around face of handmade linen bobbin lace edging 1 1/2 inches wide. Adjustment drawstring run through a self-fabric casing at back. Cap is lined with peach-colored silk.Construction History:
