DescriptionMan's dome-shaped cap of rose-rust velvet with a cuff consisting of an applied black silk strip embroidered with ribbon-work flowers in blue and rose, alternating with flowers embroidered with polychrome floss silk and metallic cord. The crown is divided into 4 sections by couched plaited metallic cord. On top of crown is a button covered with strips of gilt metal. Lined with carnation-color silk.ProvenanceEx Coll.
