DescriptionWoman's low-heeled shoe, one of a pair, of green kid leather printed with a wavy tortoise shell design of black lines. Shoe is bound around the edges with green silk tape and decorated with a green rosette of silk ribbons fastened over the pointed, slightly turned-up toe. The shoe has a small heel (1" high) attached to a brown leather sole. Due to wear, the soles are a lighter color under the ball of the foot, which tapers to a point under the arch. The outside of the heel is covered with solid unprinted green leather to match the color of the decorated uppers of the shoes. Linen lining.Exhibition(s)
